JUSTIN
I am grateful to of had the opportunity to teach Tae kwon-do to the children of Black Rhino Academy. It was very rewarding to watch them grow, learn and become more confident in themselves.
I am very happy to have also taught some of the staff, it’s great to know that the children will continue to learn in the future, to develop their physical, social, education and character development
Thank you to Black Rhino for allowing me to come and entrusting me to teach.
Tae-Kwon-Do helps children to boost their self esteem, gives them better self discipline and better control, it helps them in social situations, keep them active and improves their physical fitness.
Black Rhino Academy Tae-Kwon- do’s Grand-finale was a great display where children demonstrated their martial arts skills learned throughout the term.
They were so excited to perform, showing the mastery of some skills that have helped them to become more confident, develop self discipline and control, physical fitness and respect for others around us.
Black Rhino Academy prides itself in setting a positive, inclusive and an exciting mathematical learning environment, to support all students to learn, to think logically and to make sense of the world around them.
Our Mental Maths Challenge was held in March, where every child had a chance to demonstrate their skills in solving mathematical problems mentally, whilst under the positive pressure of competition.
Our first Annual Mental Maths Challenge was amazing and we would like to congratulate every child in Key Stage 1 and 2 for their participation and for demonstrating a sound ability in solving mathematical problems in so many of different ways.

Congratulations to Glory, Nancy, Bryson and Judith for their great writing skills and being selected from Black Rhino into the Collins Big Writing International event.

Last Wednesday, Black Rhino Academy held its first Spelling Bee for all Years! A job well done by all who participated, and a big congratulations to all the winners! We look forward to holding an Annual Spelling Bee Contest in the future.
